By investing in the project, the investor becomes a proud owner of the resort . The Ownership allows investors to acquire full ownership of his exclusive suite.

The return on investment is generated from various capacities and the owner will get a safe return irrespective of his/her unit’s occupation.

The investor gets a lump sum income at the end of each year which gets credited to the investor’s bank account.
Other Ownership Benefits
- Owner and their friends/family members (Maximum 5 persons) will get service at 50% discount of the spa once a year and a 25% discount on such services each year if the number of people exceeds 5.
- Complimentary wine bottle on arrival once in a year and complimentary dinner and cake on birthdays.
- The family and friends initiative enables your family members to make use of your ownership for 28 days are given on quarterly basis. 6 nights each in first 3 quarters. 10 nights in last quarter. Complimentary stay can only be clubbed for to quarters only. Maximum stay at once 6 days.

- The Cygnett will manage and market the Suite on the behalf of the owner. Thus, the owner benefits from the marketing of the suite from the hotel company professionals itself.
- Personalized food menu preparation through meeting with the chef and a 25 % discount on the same.(For a maximum of 10 persons at a time)
- All the facilities of the resort are accessible to all the friends and family members of the owner and are also eligible to receive loyalty cards and points for discounts throughout the hotel.
- The members will have exclusive access to some parts of the hotel (like some parts of spa, sports arena, etc).
